Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Canada:
  Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

• USA:
  Standard Shipping (4-8 business days)
  Express Shipping (2-5 business days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Canada and the USA. We are working on expanding our international shipping options. Stay tuned!

Lost or Stolen Packages Holy Raw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you encounter an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

Shipping Address Errors Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Holy Raw is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
